Our sources say this Alexandrite made its way from Tanzania. Despite visiting there, we were unable to find a steady supply of Alexandrites. The Country seems to not have quality alexandrites anymore. This one has a pure green to purple change. The classic Alexandrite color change in its purest hue form. This lovely stone would make an excellent addition to any new collector.
